Abstract

Currently, the role of investment both in global and national economies is extremely high and is one of the most pressing problems. With the growing number of transnational corporations and their branches in most of the countries began a new stage in the development of international investment relations. As a result of increased export of capital over export and import goods, the Russian economy suffers from an acute shortage of foreign investment. It is necessary to create a favorable climate and to develop a system of statutory incentives to encourage the inflow of foreign capital into the domestic economy.
