Abstract

A new approach to measuring multi-user loyalty is proposed. This approach allows ensuring the development of the company in the long term. An effective development scenario is implemented on the basis of the consistent identification of the causes of mistrust on the part of potential participants in the company. Many typical offers by loyalty program developers contradict with the negative feedback from their users regarding the low effectiveness of their implemented tools. That is why a company shall have at its disposal objective means of estimation the loyalty, before it decides to implement the proposed program. Such means should allow overcoming the negative stereotypes that exist around loyalty. An expert in the field of loyalty should feel the importance of loyally throughout the entire loyalty program implementation. The problem of research is limited to the lack at the users’ disposal any deviation recognition tools management system related to the loss of loyalty at the maintenance stage. In its turn, the lack of such means causes unsustainable functioning of the business and leads to serious deviations caused by the reasons of a trusting nature, occurring in the way of achieving the strategic goal. The elimination of such deviations places increased demands on the competence of an expert who is able to provide a well-grounded opinion on the state of business in such situations.
