Abstract

The article substantiates the preservation for the coming period the value of oil, as one of the world's main sources of energy, and for this reason, its prospects as an export share of the Russian economy. However, the export potential of oil is currently declining objectively due to, on the one hand, the reduction in the volumes of easily recoverable stocks with good transport accessibility, on the other hand, the relative decline in world prices, which reduces the commercial attractiveness of developing new fields. However, despite this, such development continues (for example, investments in the exploration and exploitation of offshore fields, including the Arctic, in improving the technology of extraction of shale oil, its extraction from oil sands and bitumen, etc.) are increasing. The main reason for the continuing development of the Russian oil industry is its high competitiveness, which is based on a developed supply infrastructure, long-term traditions of training industry personnel, diversity and high quality of reserves, relative proximity to large consumers, etc. In particular, this competitiveness manifests itself at a very low level raw material production costs - for "Rosneft" company, one of the leading Russian oil companies, it is in the media it $ 2.1 per barrel. At the same time, the positive dynamics of the industry are hindered by such factors as imperfection of the taxation system, a high degree of monopolization, a certain degree of technological backwardness from the world level in a number of directions, and the operation of anti-Russian economic sanctions. Factors that increase its prospects, is coordinated regulation at a global level crude oil market main supplier countries, taking into account the balance of interests of consumers and producers.
