CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE APPLICATION OF AEROBIC PROGRAMS IN THE REDUCTION OF ADIPOSE TISSUE, TO OVERWEIGHT STUDENTS, AS WELL AS THE APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Abstract
Introduction: Physical activity, by the exercises it puts in hand, is coming to offer a way trough which someone can achieve a perfect body structure, removing the adipose tissue and shaping the musculature. One of my purposes in the undertake didactic experiment, was to draw up a methodological system to action and making it part of pshysical education didactic activities with University of Bucharest's students and making the systematic practice of physical exercise, a habit. I've also followed the awareness of students with overweight tendency towards the risks they are exposing themselves to, respecting to health and creating aerobic individualizated programms, to reduce the adipose tissue and to stimulate the somatic and functional parameters. Research methods: For the work elaboration I used the following research methods: pedagogic documentation, improvement experiment, statistically-mathematically method and graphic representation. The subjects who were part of this analysis, form an illustrative and homogeneous pattern for University of Bucharest's students. At the control group, they were working only during the lesson, once a week, meanwhile at the experimental group, was used a differential treating and independent activity. For the independent activity, were made individual models carried out 3-5 times a week. The checking for the progress achieved trough this suggested program, was based on tests applied by the beginning and the end of the program. The outcome of the research. The assessments of somatic evidence of a finding that the subjects of both groups have accelerated the indicators, achieving a significant increase, but to increase the size of the experimental group is superior to the control group. Thus the body mass index (BMI) is equal to 28.62 kg/m2 at the group of that experiment 31.52 to a control group. Media Group to the experiment is less than 2.90 kg/m2 (9.2%). The size of the effect (0.81) shows a very big difference between toward environments of the two groups. The dispersion of data at both trials are homogeneous. The test t independently for the distributions are equal, with p=0.0030.05 and Df=58 indicates in this case, a statistically significant difference between the two groups on average body mass index. It supports the hypothesis of the research. The conclusions of the research. The assessment of the somatic indicators highlighted the influences of the costs and benefits of the plan of operation on the reduction of the adipose tissue and remodeling tangible assets. The survey concerned awareness of students on the benefits of these programs of exercises on the body, the importance of the tangible weight control with a view to maintaining the health status and to avoid the risk of illness. Promoting aerobic trainings by overweight people should be linked to their awareness of the role of a healthy lifestyle.
