Abstract

Education is one of the most important social activities in the life of human beings. The need for broad and varied learning opportunities to cope with social, economic and technological changes is increasing. The aim of this article is to show the importance of the lifelong learning for professional development of managers of different levels as perceived by them, concerning the field of learning English, aimed at managers from various companies in Tomsk. This work is based on the implementation of the project “Lifelong Language Learning University Centre Network for New Career Opportunities and Personal Development (UNICO)”, supported by Tempus.
