Abstract

This article analyses the aspects of the development of relationships in intercompany networks. For these purposes, the authors summarized data from various studies of Russian and foreign scientists. Also, the article summarizes the results of studying the issues of interaction efficiency both between the network participants and between partners and the network. Emphasis is placed on the ability of a central company to manage individual relationships, a portfolio of relationships, a central network and an industry network. The factors determining the development of intercompany relations in industrial markets are highlighted. Their qualitative and quantitative assessment is given using information from industrial enterprises that have expressed a desire to unite in an industrial cluster. Their interdependence from each other and the influence on the effectiveness of relationships and the intercompany network as a whole are determined.
