Abstract
Nowadays, in the post-industrial economy, organizations compete between each other not only of producing goods but also of skills and ability to create, update, and use organizational knowledge and intellectual resources effectively, implementing them in the goods and services. Knowledge, skills and abilities, which provide a competitive advantage of the organization's staff, and also to the whole company. Methodological basis of the study is methods of system analysis, comparisons and analogies, logical-semantic modeling.
