Abstract

The article considers the issues of innovative development of educational organizations of the system of secondary vocational education of the Russian Federation on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The authors determine the role of vocational education for the development of the Russian economy at the present stage, consider the features of functioning, and reveal the distinctive characteristics of the system. Special attention is paid to the analysis of negative factors in the functioning of professional educational organizations. The authors determine the consistent innovative development of professional educational organizations through the development of partnerships with employers as a key point to achieve qualitative changes in the development of professional education in Russia. In this case, it is advisable to consider various forms of interaction with partners: social partnership and public-private partnership. The development of partnership relations will allow us to modernize the material and technical base of professional educational organizations, increase the level of professional skills of the teaching staff, master advanced technologies, which will become the basis for improving the quality of education, the prestige of the working professions and middle-level specialists, as well as the worthy representation of the Russian Federation in the international competition professional abilityWordSkills.
