CYBERNETIC ANALYSIS OF PRINCIPLES AND METHODS IN INFORMATION WARFARE
Abstract
In the era of modern scientific and information revolution, the energy warfare (armed warfare) takes on an anachronistic face, and the destruction of opponent, at first glance, takes on an invisible form, which is referred to as the term “information warfare”. This warfare involves, often against their will and often unconsciously, the entire human society, whole states and nations with circles of authority, administration, economic, cultural and scientific spheres (anthropotechnical method). Destructive information activities are characterized by a high degree of secrecy (intermediary), conventionality and relativism in action. The degree of secrecy determines the number of people, who are allowed to have real information identifying the actual purpose of the control process assigned by the control object (the destroyer). The main aim of the author of this study is to indicate the possibility of targeting the activities performed secretly (decamouflage methods) through the implications of sufficient and necessary conditions for the information destruction. In order to achieve this effectively, the research methods of sociocybernetics and the adoption of cyber causation must be applied. Implementation of such epistemological and methodological convention to achieve the exploration aim, due to the large generality of cybernetic theories and laws, may turn out to be a conceptual instrument that enables a broader and cumulative discourse covering various disciplines and different points of view.
