COMPUTER MODELING AS A SYNERGY MANIFESTATION IN MATHEMATICS EDUCATION OF LAW STUDENTS
Abstract
In the article the questions of mathematical education of law students focused on computer modeling of professional tasks with discovering of mathematical potential synergy in professional competences formation and personal development are actualized. A synergistic approach has been chosen as an effective strategy for the implementation of this problem. The authors explore the potential possibilities of self-organization and self-development of students in relation to mathematical education. The search and actualization of the forms and methods of mathematics learning at university leading to the manifestation of synergetic effects are defined as a key direction for improving the quality of mathematical education, especially for law students. Numerous studies and long-term pedagogical practice made it possible to propose and introduce a five-stage technology for the synergy manifestation in mathematical education and forming of vocational skills using information technologies. As a didactic mechanism for mastering of complex mathematical constructs for law students within the framework of the developed technology, the authors offer the professional and applied tasks, as well as research ones. At the same time, the means of mathematical and computer simulation of nonlinear dynamic of legal processes allow the authors to build the adaptation stages and technological constructs of actualization and manifestation of synergetic professional effects in teaching mathematics. The psychodiagnostic tools of the analysis and quantitative estimation of the given phenomenon have been offered; the effectiveness of the developed technology has been proved; further prospects for its application have been determined. The results of the research are novel and have practical value as they provide an opportunity to bring the future lawyersВ’ professional training to a higher level - with the acquisition of professional synergistic effects using mathematical tools.
