IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE UTOPIA: ISSUES OF PROPERTY AND FREEDOM

Abstract

The features of state utopia implementation are analyzed on the basis of Soviet socialism conceptions. The transformation of social-economic and philosophical-political foundations of state is disclosed through the phenomena of property and freedom. The research is based on systemic, comparative-historical and statistical approaches. The research objective is to study the interrelation between the socioeconomic and the political-visionary spheres of functioning of the first socialist state, and to reveal the causes and consequences of transformation of the key concepts: “property” and “freedom”. The research of this topic is based on the works dedicated to the analysis of socioeconomic relations, cooperative movement. The optimal configuration of political-economic environment is based on the development of a “middle class” of proprietor capable of defending their economic and political freedoms, thus developing the civil society, which is permanently being established in Russia during the recent one hundred years.
