APPLICATION OF COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This paper concerns to the strategic aspects of human resource management in small and medium business are considered, the scheme of development of the business plan of the company is submitted and the human resource management place on the basis of competence-based approach is defined in it.
