THE NEW CONCEPTS OF POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY IN FRANCE
Abstract
Topicality. The question of self-identification of contemporary national philosophy remains insufficiently studied. This paper specifies the tradition of political philosophical discourse in France – the most influence national philosophy in Europe – and the reconceptualization of its main ideas – freedom, liberty and equality in 21st century. The aim is to propose the case study of Charlie Hebdo and the transformation of the political discourse in Europe. Hypothesis. In France, the date that became the point of revaluation of the old political concepts was January the 11, 2015 – roses ' day, gathered millions of French people across the country, the leaders and representatives of the many States in the manifestation of the memory of the 17 victims of "religious fundamentalism": 13 in the wording of the weekly Charlie Hebdo – brothers Koichi and 4 in Paris and the surrounding area – Amadi Coulibaly. Discussion. Despite the diversity of interpretations, this demonstration of public unity was the unifying concepts of Toleranteness, Respect, Openness of consciousness and, especially – especially! – Freedom. They after 11 January became the subject of discussions of specialists: historians, political scientists, sociologists, economists, theologians, psychologists, journalists and politicians not only in France but also abroad. For Russia these debates was the argument in opposition to national values European. As a result of the emergence of this new semantic context is becoming a factor in the formation of differently oriented real mi-the grace policy of the European Union. Method: comparative analysis of philosophical reflections on intellectual history of 2015. Results: Perhaps the main lesson of the formation of a new understanding of freedom may seem negative: it's a lesson of confrontation that could potentially be radically destructive to society as a whole and to its individual members. Small is absolutely beyond genre – a book that brought together so many different slogans of the March on 11 January, collections of satirical articles, special issues of journals, and political pamphlets – all of this is a new format of political discourse that aims to "leave no room for hatred, revenge, or desire of revenge», which is supported in fact sociological and political science studies. Conclusions: Freedom is primarily freedom of the political discourse without violence and terror. The new context of lifting restrictions, the French national tradition of self-value of political discourse.
