ETHICS MANAGEMENT IN ROMANIA AND ITALY
Abstract
The article is a comparative analysis between ethics management in Romania and Italy. Its focus is on public sector and the methodology used was analysis, synthesis and comparison of the two systems. The paper presents similarities and differences in ethics management of Romania and Italy and tries to place them in the cultural and economical context.
