INFLUENCE OF THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY ON THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

The relevance of the study isconfirmed by the fact thatcurrently, attraction of developed countries concentrated on conformation “knowledge economy”, where degree of economic advance and dynamic depends up efficiency arrangement of production and using knowledge. The aim of this study isdefinition development level ofthe knowledge economy of the country. To achieve this goal the following problems were solved: examine international and native methods definition development level of the knowledge economy of the country; calculate indices innovative, formation, information and computer technologies such as components of the index of the knowledge economy of the country; develop recommendations for use cluster approach as a factor of economic growth. Methodological basis of the study methods of system analysis, comparisons and analogies, logical-semantic modeling. As the theoretical basis used in the works of domestic and foreign scholarsforming the knowledge economy. Sources of information are the economic and other special literature, articles from periodicals, the results of the research, the experience of leading foreign companies. The result of this research becamecalculate index of the knowledgeeconomy by the procedure global bank. Essential priorities in process passing over to the knowledge economy is operating;arrangement of conditions for forming and knowledge sharing, for cooperation scientific and productivity personnel.
