THE ECONOMIC ASPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPHERE OF SERVICES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF ECOLOGICAL TOURISM

Abstract

The economic development of the Russian economy involves intensive development of services. Tourism in recent years has become a key component of the services sector and the economy as a whole. This direction is of fundamental importance for the formation of Russia's GDP in the postindustrial period of economic development of the world economy. Lately in the world and in Russia the increasing distribution receives the direction of the environmental services, including ecotourism. However, taking into account world tendencies of development of sphere of services and social orientation of the modern economy of Russia is an interesting study of the economic aspects of development of ecological tourism. It should be noted that throughout the world all that is connected with environment and as close to "natural" is very profitable, but requires sufficient capital investment at the initial stage of implementation and accordingly the protection of the interests of participants in the process. In this regard the key consideration is the existence of legislation, including reflecting the qualitative aspect of services – certification processes. The impact of tourism on the ecology of the world is strong enough – the creation of tourist zones and clusters requires the creation of infrastructure, development and construction of new roads, construction and infrastructure, the clearing of areas and construction of places of spending the night, Parking lots, industries service etc. All this, of course, changes the ecology of the area, region, country. Therefore, environmental issues in tourism now face not only from the perspective of development of ecological tourism as a new species, but the preservation of our planet for our descendants.
