THE APPLICATION OF CATEGORY В«COMPLEXITY QUALITYВ»: INTERDISCIPLINARY ASPECT
Abstract
The philosophy and practice interpret categories in the light of certain features of scientific or philosophical knowledge. At the same time, the proclamation of a specific scientific paradigm, in particular complexity theory, presupposes the emergence and development of new categories and concepts. The modern science and philosophy poses a global challenge to the scientific community. The task is to adapt the fundamental classical categories. One such category is the category "quality". The adaptation of quality in complexity theory is possible when generating a new concept - complexity quality. In given scientific work the applied value the category of complexity quality within the scientific fields is considered: kvalitologiy, qualimetry, architectural and construction ecology, economic-management concept. In kvalitologiy the complexity quality is characterized by a cumulative relative assessment, which is calculated on the basis of absolute indicators of structural elements of the system complexity quality. The qualimetric indicators characterize the scope of application of complexity quality production-technical, economic, managerial, environmental, science and social. Today, it is important to transpose the importance of categories to synthesized scientific fields, and not just into fundamental sciences. This is due to the development of category of complexity quality architectural and construction ecology and economics and management science. The complexity quality acquires a social emphasis in the context of architectural and construction ecology. The essence category is representation of the applied value of the quality life. Moreover, the complex qualimetric indicator of the quality life is represented in the form a hierarchical system. The category "complexity quality" is defined as a dynamic, relative, estimated category in the context of the modern management paradigm. This category acts simultaneously as a criterion for evaluation and as a result of the activity of the whole organization, functioning of process and manager in particular. Thus, trend of the emergence of new interdisciplinary scientific fields and research areas makes possible the wider application of classical categories and new adapted concepts.
