PROBLEM-REFLEXIVE MODEL OF SCIENCE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the original author's conception of development of contemporary nonclassical (postnonclassical) science. According to this model, evolution of science is a unity of two processes: a) a process of discretion, formulation and solving of basic scientific problems and b) a process of reflexive-critical comprehension of results of scientific search and its main stages. Intra-scientific and general cultural reflexion reveals features of self-organization and self-correction (in the terms of Charles Sanders Peirce) of the scientific search. According to the author, a scientific problem is a complexly organized open system of research tasks: empirical, theoretical and methodological, containing metaphysical component. The attribute of a scientific problem is presence of significant uncertainty: in the given data, in the formulation, methods and results of solving (as it was noticed by V.L. Ginzburg, Nobel laureate in Physics). A formulation of the problem serves as a point of bifurcation for forming of competing research programmes. Realization of these programmes leads to receiving cognitive results and practical results (including technical, technological and sociocultural innovations). The proposed model is being offered as an alternative to well-known postpositivist (K.P. Popper, I lakatos et al) and marxist conceptions. It correlates with the ideas of synergetic picture of the world and style of scientific thinking, which is generated by this picture.
