THE REASON AND MOTIVATION : THE GENERAL AND SPECIAL

Abstract

In the activities and behavior of people an important place is occupied by the information aspect. The analysis of information influence on the subject's consciousness is one of the fundamental problems of social philosophy. In modern research offers many options for such analysis. In particular, some studies suggest that several of the most important information problems associated with the transfer of information from one entity to another are highlighted. In this article, I will analyze only one of these problems, namely, the problem of irrationality of information that forms the cause and motivation of the activity and behavior of the subject. I will try to show the General and special characteristics of the two concepts - "cause" and "motivation", as well as the ratio of rational and irrational in these concepts. In addition, I propose my own version of the analysis of the transitional information process "from motivation to reason". The transition from motivation to reason in my version is a process of comparing the subject of information on its properties on the basis of their social experience.
