MODELING INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF GERMANY
Abstract
The article describes the GermanyВ’s investment attractiveness mathematical model. The model is based on the institutional and functional approach. The distinctive feature of the institutional-functional approach is the inclusion into the model of the endogenous variables that characterize the institutions performing the function of attracting investors into the country: the technological development institution, the companiesВ’ registration institution, the country economic freedom institution. Functional component of the modeling approach shows the factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the institutions of the country. The choice of the indicators, which evaluate the institutions, and the indicators, which evaluate the factors affecting the institutions, is given proof of. The model represents the system of interrelated and interdependent econometric equations. Each equation is formulated in the form of an ADL-model. Within the system of interrelated and interdependent econometric equations the relationship of endogenous and exogenous variables is shown. The technique of finding the coefficients of the system of the interrelated econometric equations. On the basis of the constructed model the execution of a short-term forecasting of the country investment attractiveness is demonstrated.
