THE MONITORING OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF THE FEDERAL DISTRICTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
At present the problem of regional innovation development in Russia is rele-vant. The incipient new industrial policy aimed at the priority development of high-tech industries, the growth of output of science-intensive and competitive goods at the for-eign and domestic markets should been separable associated with the growth of innova-tion activity, innovation potential and the effectiveness of innovation in the regions of the Russian Federation. The article describes one of widely accepted methods of inno-vative development research of economic systems named monitoring, which, as a rule, is carried out according to statistical surveys of enterprises and organizations. The methodological bases of innovative monitoring are well known and described in the works of various authors, including the authors of this article. The article presents the results of monitoring of the innovative development of the federal districts of the Rus-sian Federation during the period from 2010 to 2015. We analyzed the dynamics of in-novation activity with estimating the relative share of organizations engaged in techno-logical innovations. Resources' provision of innovation activity is based on data about the costs for technological innovations. The article determined the effectiveness of in-novation activities of the districts due to the fraction of innovative products in the total volume of shipped products.
