ON THE ISSUE OF TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL ZONES IN YAKUTIA
Abstract
The northeast of Russia by in large and Yakutia in particular, is almost undeveloped tourist region of the world. However the region has the considerable tourist and recreational potential allow considering him as perspective. Tourist and recreational division into zones act as scientific base of territorial planning and management of a tourist complex. Now division into zones of this part practically of Russia isn't developed. The option of tourist and recreational division into districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – the biggest administrative unit of Russia and the world is presented in article. 9 zones on the basis of use of administrative, natural, socioeconomic, and population criteria are allocated. For each zone tourist specialization – existing and perspective which has been established on the basis of the analysis of the available natural, cultural, social and economic resources is defined.
