Abstract

The primary goal of the study is, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analyses, to describe the level of theoretical processing the verifying testimony on the spot in criminalistics. The secondary goal is to find out lacks and trouble spots in practical applying the verifying testimony on the spot in the process of clearing up crimes. To achieve describing the objective conditions realized research were in the study used processing methods of historical and literary analysis. Achieved partial results are presented in the first and second part of the study as literary research and theoretical basis. For the basic research and its outputs were used indirect observations as conducted questionnaire and controlled interview. Their application is mainly presented in the section presented partial research results. As well as the study presented some partial results of the research prepared on the basis of methods of direct observation. Author make finally short analyses to propose changes necessary for effective using the verifying testimony on the spot in police practice but mainly in the process of investigating. This study is partial output for research VГЅsk. 151.
