PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIONS IN THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The issue of innovation is becoming more relevant day by day, as the most severe competition among large corporations of the world is observed precisely for the market of innovations. Any project should start with a well-planned and well-executed planning. The article considers the innovation planning system at the enterprise. The following types of planning will be considered: strategic, operational, product-thematic, technical-economic and volumetric-calendar. The composition and combination of different types of plans within an individual organization are formed on the basis of the concept of innovation planning adopted in it. Strategic planning as an element of strategic innovation management is to identify the mission of the organization at every stage of its life cycle, the formation of the goals of the system activity and behavior strategy in innovation markets. The function of operational planning innovation is the search for and coordination of the most effective ways and means of implementation of the adopted development strategy. Product and thematic planning innovation is the formation of perspective directions and topics of research and development work, the preparation of the product upgrade programs and activities, improvement of technology and organization of production at the enterprise. Feasibility plan includes calculations of material, labor and financial resources needed to carry out nomenclature and thematic tasks, and the assessment of economic performance and efficiency of innovative activity of the enterprise. Space-scheduling of innovation is to plan the scope of work, loading units and performers; the construction schedule of the work on individual projects, the totality of the planned works, loading equipment and performers; distribution of works on individual calendar periods. The variants of innovations realization on an example of creation of start-ups are considered. The analysis of statistical data on the financing of innovations in Russia is given.
