Abstract

The article is devoted to elaboration of tools for decision support analysis and social risk management. The complexity and inconsistency determines the need for the development of decision support tools for the analysis of social risks. The solution to this problem is connected with the analysis of the subject area, the development of a hierarchy of selection criteria, and then preparation of the software. The system is based on human experience and intuition in assessing the social risks and the development of management decisions, rather than on mathematical calculations. Decision support tools have been experimental research on the adequacy and efficiency. Based on the analytic hierarchy process the decision maker must rank the criteria for getting their priorities, and then the experts carried out an assessment of alternatives for each criterion. DSS calculates the priorities of alternatives, taking into account the priorities and criteria for the expert evaluation of alternatives for them. The author use the proposed methods and algorithms to develop the software. The tools will help the experts to focus on the analysis and management of social risks. Developed information system will allow for multi-criteria analysis of social risks, it will provide more accurate results in comparison with known methods applicable. The system will allow identifying of the causes and the main factors of risk. It also will perform identification, analysis and risk assessment and it will make decisions based on the assessment carried out. So it will be possible to develop anti risk control actions, to perform the analysis and evaluation of risk solutions and make the retrospective analysis of past events and decisions taken in them. The using of the proposed system will improve the level of objectivity in solving problems related to social risks, evaluate the results of the previous decisions on the treatment of risks and prepare a rational decision to reduce of social risks in the future.
