The paper is focused on the analysis of selected risks with a more detailed elaboration of systematic and unsystematic risks that need to be taken into account in the valuation of the company's capital. In the processing of risk analysis, the focus was on analyzing the development of the $eta$ coefficient, country risk, capital market, as well as financial and business risks.
