In this paper, the author is analysing economic, particularly agricultural development of the eastern Croatia, Slavonia, during 18th century. The changes in production werecaused by changes in reign, i.e. Turks are leaving this area and Austrian rule takes over. Since this is the time of Enlightenment reforms, enforced especially under Maria Theresa, radical changes happen in Slavonia, particularly in economic area.
